Terms and Conditions for Purchasing and Downloading Digital Products

By purchasing and downloading any plugin or digital product from us, you agree to the following terms:

Single-Site License – Each plugin or digital product is licensed for use on only one website, as specified at the time of purchase. You are not permitted to use, distribute, or install it on multiple websites without purchasing additional licenses.
No Resale or Redistribution – You may not resell, share, distribute, sublicense, or make the plugin or digital product available to any third party, whether for free or for a fee.
Authorized Use Only – The product must only be used for the website(s) you have explicitly requested at the time of purchase. Using it on unauthorized sites is strictly prohibited.

Plugin Download – After completing the payment, you can download the plugin directly from your orders page in your account.
Source Code Delivery – If you purchase the source code, it will be sent separately to your registered email address after your order has been processed. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing the purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Your purchase includes one year of updates and support.
After one year, you may need to renew your license to continue receiving updates and support.

Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your license without notice. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

All products are provided "as is," and we do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party themes or plugins.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after updates to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of any digital product or its source code may result in legal consequences.
